Raw Garlic Sandwich: The Ultimate Cold, Flu and Virus Fighter
Toast your slices of bread. Crush (or mince) the garlic cloves and spread them on the bread. Lather the mustard and mayo on one open face of the two slices. The mayo and cheese I use to cut some of the spiciness but you may omit these if you would like.
