Raw Garlic Sandwich: The Ultimate Cold, Flu and Virus Fighter

Ingredients

2-3 Local Purple Garlic Cloves
1 Tbsp Mustard
1 Tbsp of mayo (or vegan)
2 pieces of Aged Goat Cheddar (Avoid cow)
2 slices of Red Tomato (washed well)
2 pieces of Romaine Lettuce (washed well)
1-2 pieces of cold meat or cold meat alternative
2 slices of Sourdough or Rye Bread toasted

Instructions

Toast your slices of bread. Crush (or mince) the garlic cloves and spread them on the bread.

Lather the mustard and mayo on one open face of the two slices. The mayo and cheese I use to cut some of the spiciness but you may omit these if you would like. I do not find that using these ingredients makes the sandwich any less effective.

The toppings help you get the garlic down without hurting your system. If you’re a first timer for eating raw garlic, I would suggest starting with a smaller amount until you’re used to the strength of the garlic.

Always listen to your body. Layer the remainder of the ingredients on the sandwich and close the other open face slice on the top of the stock of ingredients. Slice in half.
