Smoothie Art?! I Think This Tastes Better!

Mango Raspberry Smoothie Bowl

Okay, so I am liking the smoothie bowl thing. It’s basically smoothie art. Which I am a huge fan of because I LOVE the idea that your eyes eat first.

I am all about making your food look appetizing. It really does enhance your eating experience when you have taken the time to create your food. Perhaps that’s been your missing ingredients to your recipes this entire time! Time, attention and a little bit of love. If you believe even a little bit in energy like I do, then you would know that the energy you put into your food can truly make it more delicious.

Think about that, which latest meal tasted better to you, the one you made in a hurry or the one you took your time with.

SO I encourage you to not just copy what I did here but use your imagination. You can do anything you’d like! Even if you don’t have the same toppings on hand, mix it up and send me a photo! I would love to see your Smoothie Art. And don’t forget to take your time and add in that special ingredient.

Happy and beautiful mornings to you! Enjoy your mini morning art session!
