Follow ups are the strategic meetings you have with your nutritionist or coach after your 1st consultation. (P.S. if you haven’t had a 1-1 consultation yet, you must book one here before you can have your follow up).
For best results, we recommend follow ups scheduled 2 weeks apart.
Regular follow ups -a maximum of 3 weeks apart- are essential to remaining an active client and keeping you accountable.
Follow ups are useful to keep your client profile and goals up to date, touch base, and to continue moving forward in your health journey.

Your needs may be met with a variety of techniques depending on the amount of time available in your follow up session.
Techniques like coaching and teaching, education, meal planning, supplement & herb recommendations, lifestyle + exercise recommendations, referrals, protocols, and more may be used.
Remaining an active client means you have access to your coach 24/7 via chat and they will check in with you and send you reminders to keep you consistent!
