Meeting with a Nutritionist and reaching your goals has never been easier!

This package provides you with an initial 120-minute meeting to speak about your vision and how we can best help you, and gather some additional information to help us serve you uniquely. For the rest of the 3 to 6 months, you will be met with private 1-1 bi weekly 60-minute meetings designed to guide you on the path towards your goals. (All meetings are with your Nutritionist and are kept confidential)

For the entire duration of your Package (3 or 6 months) you will also have access to your nutritionist through private messaging or email for any questions or assistance you may need. You also have access and a special discount to our practitioner-grade supplements for the duration of your package! Your Nutritionist will also check in with you in-between meeting times, to track your progress and keep you motivated.

We use techniques that are proven to be effective at creating habits that stick. You will learn about the health topics that can help you have a deeper understanding of your situation. Your Nutritionist will guide you to achieving both your short and long-term goals by giving you the resources and support to do so and the education to comprehend your situation. Examples of tools offered but not limited to are meal plans, grocery lists, lifestyle support, recipe modification, supplement & herbal recommendations, information, and education.
(For example, are you concerned about preventing diabetes because it runs in your family? We provide you with training on balancing blood sugar, and answer the how and the why of diabetes.)


At the completion of your halfway mark and your 6 month or 3 month mark of the package, you will be complemented with a timeline of your progress for you to visually see how far you have come since you have started with us.
