Anti-Coronavirus Tea
I chose many of these herbs for the well known lung supporting properties. Many of these herbs have traditionally been used for fighting coughs, colds, and even bronchitis and respiratory infections in general. Cloves are in this concoction not only because of their pleasant warming flavour but their antiviral properties and hey, they are also known to be great for your oral health!
Ingredients
1/2 Tbsp Cloves
2 Tbsp Echinacea
1/2 – 1 Tbsp Linden
2 Tbsp Eucalyptus
2 Tbsp Malva flowers
1 large pot of water (approximately 5-6 litres)
Instructions
Add all herbs to a large pot or you can divide the recipe to make a smaller batch. Bring the pot to a boil, immediately reduce heat and simmer for 5-8 minutes. Cover and sift out into your mug. Reheat only on the stove. You may store extra in the fridge for up to 3 days. Sip warm tea throughout the day.
Enjoy and stay healthy!
